Come for a quiet, contemplative stay in our historic inn, bring the whole family for a fun-filled beach vacation, or plan your Bachelorette seaside escape in our newly renovated Admiral's Suite with private balcony and sweeping views of the beach and ocean. We welcome you to enjoy all the scenic beauty of Mid-coast Maine, just an hour northeast of Portland.
Guesthouse & Apartments
Our guesthouse features two first-floor apartments that each sleep 2-4 with full kitchens and private bathrooms.
Upstairs are 4 individual rooms that each sleep 2 or 3 and share a common bathroom. We are excited to also offer the Admiral's Suite, the crown-jewel of the guesthouse, featuring a King-sized bed, large kitchen and living area, and private bath.
We have a 3 night minimum for the apartments and suite. There is a 2 night minimum for the hotel rooms. The entire upstairs can be rented by the week and sleep up to 12.
The rooms have cable TV, strong wi-fi, linens, and towels. There is a sweeping 2nd floor deck for patrons of the guesthouse. No smoking permitted.
Beach Cottages
Three beach cottages are available to rent for week-long stays. All cottages have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and can sleep up to 6. Cottages have fully equipped kitchens with coffee makers and everything, right down to the wine glasses!
They also include cable TV. Blankets and pillows are supplied for all apartments and cottages. You may bring your own linens and towels or we can provide all necessary linens.
Our cottages can be rented by the week only unless otherwise available with a 2 night minimum. Our week begins and ends on Saturday.
Check-in
Check-in Time: 3 p.m.
Check-out Time: 10 a.m.
If you think you will be arriving later than 7 p.m., please let us know in advance.
Our Deposit Policies
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of your stay is required. Balances are due upon arrival, payable by cash, check, Venmo/Paypal, Visa or MasterCard.
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy
*Room & Apartment Cancellations: A refund of your deposit will be made if a 7 day notice is given. Less than 7 days is loss of deposit. There is a 15% charge on any refund.
*Cottage Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your reservation, we will refund the deposit. No refund 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
*There is a 15% charge on ALL refunds.
Sorry, there are no refunds for early departures or due to weather. The fun goes on rain or shine!
Our Visitor Policies
-All visitors must be registered at the office.
-There is a visitors day fee of $10 per visitor.
-Sorry, no pets allowed.
- Free parking is available for one vehicle per reservation for the Guesthouse, and up to two vehicles for the Cottages. A fee of $20 will be charged daily for parking additional vehicles.
